dickmeds.com is operated by an independent publisher in California. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. The short version: we collect very little, we don't sell anything, and the only "data" most visitors generate is a click on an affiliate link.

Who we are

dickmeds.com ("we," "us," "this site") is a comparison and editorial site about men's telehealth services. We are not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or telehealth platform. We earn commissions when visitors purchase services from companies we link to.

Information we collect

We collect two categories of information:

Information you provide. If you email us, we have your email address and whatever you wrote. We do not run a newsletter, member signup, or any form on this site, so unless you email us directly, we have no information you provided.

Information collected automatically. When you visit, our hosting provider logs your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages you viewed. We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to count visits and understand which pages are popular. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any cross-site tracking system. When you click a link to one of our affiliate partners (BlueChew, Hims, DudeMeds, etc.), that partner's tracking system identifies the click as coming from us so we get credit for any resulting sale. Those partners have their own privacy policies; we do not control them.

Cookies

This site uses minimal first-party cookies for basic functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. The companies we link to almost certainly use cookies when you visit their sites — review their privacy policies for details.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Operate the site and keep it secure
• Understand which content is useful and improve it
• Respond to emails you send us
• Track affiliate referrals so we get paid

We do not sell information. We do not share information with third parties for marketing. We do not build profiles of individual visitors.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act give you the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you
• Request that we delete personal information we hold
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising)
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, email privacy@dickmeds.com and we will delete it.

Affiliate relationships

We earn commissions from companies linked on this site, including but not limited to BlueChew, Hims, and DudeMeds. These commissions do not change the price you pay. Our recommendations are our own; we have not promised any company favorable placement.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when it last changed. Material changes will be noted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
